where the basic entry system has left off.
Want to know how many K-9 Uses and of what type in “Beat 1”? CMD Report Central will produce this
chart for all of your “Zones” or “Beats” depending how you program the
system. CMD Report Central
Program also gives you templates that you can take in the field or to
training exercises that look like the entry system of CMD. You can fill these out and then enter them into the
system at a later time.

Report Types and
Definitions
We have listed some of the reports below
that CMD Report Central can generate.
You can however create new reports for whatever criteria you can come up with.
ALL
REPORTS ARE PATENTED AS TRADE SECRET AND ARE OFF LIMITS TO DUPLICATE IN STYLE,
CONTENT, INTENT OR IN ANY OTHER FASHION IN WHICH THE STATISTICS LOOK SIMILAR
TO REPORTS DESCRIBED BELOW.

Patrol Dog Incident Detailed Report:
this report will expand out the details of
any Patrol Dog incident record in the system.

Patrol Dog Incident Total and Percentage Datasheet
Report:
this report will display the K-9 Use category (such as
building searches, area searches, tracking, trailing…), K-9 Use count,
Successful Use count, Percent of Total K-9 Use, Arrested Person count,
Evidence found count, Arrested person bitten count, Bite ratio
percentage and Average bite ratio percentage.
Each of these parameters are calculated per K-9 Use Category
in table form (one row per K-9 Use).
At the bottom of the table is the calculated Average Bite-Ratio for the
selected K-9 unit taking into account all K-9 Uses. This report will allow K-9
supervisors to see more specifically where the bites are occurring.

this report will show what evidence was
collected for any number of patrol incidents along with the GPS
coordinates of the search.

Detection Dog Incident Detailed Report:
this report will expand out the details of
any Detection Dog incident record in the system.

Detection Dog Incident Total and Percentage Datasheet
Report:
This report can be used as a Detection Dog Incident activity
summary for a given K-9 team or entire agency.
The time period is user selectable from the report menu. This
report will display the K-9 Use category (such as Narcotic Arrest
Vehicle, Narcotic Exterior Sniff, Narcotic Probable Cause…), Successful
Search count (where some odor has been found), Percent of total K-9 Use
count, Location Search count, Substantiated search count, Positive alert
count, Positive alert resulting in find count and Percent productive
(positive alerts resulting in find divided by positive alerts). All are display per row for each K-9 Use.

Detection Dog Incident Percentage of Finds Datasheet
Report:
This report takes all of the substances found in the field
during a given time period and determines the percentage of conditioning
of one substance to another.
This is not a controlled search as in training but can be used to
determine the incident detection conditioning to exposed odors.

Report:
This report gives the “Threshold of Alert” conditioning of a
specific odor based on the weight of the substance found in the field. This data can be used to
correlate the training and to determine complete odor level
conditioning.

Same as report in 21 except that each 3D
Bar indicates the number of finds within that threshold range as a
percentage.

Report:

percentage.

Detection Dog Incident Search Type Datasheet Report:
This report will display counts of the
“Search Type” categories which could indicate Vehicle Search count,
Airplane search count, Boat search count, Indoor search count and
Outdoor search counts to name a few.
Your agency can program as many as required by the K-9 Supervisor
to meet your needs.

Report:
This report will display the counts and
percentages of Substance amount, Money amount, Substance packaging and
Substance masking odors.

Detection Dog Incident Vehicle Datasheet Report:
This report will display the counts of
Vehicle Makes, Vehicle Models, Vehicle Body Style and Vehicle Color of
data in the Master Vehicle Index.

Patrol Dog Training Detailed Report:
This report will expand out the details of
any Patrol Dog training record in the system. This option will print out your
Patrol Dog Training records for court purposes from a start date to an
end date. The dates are
user selectable. If
Tracking Diagrams are entered for the training records, this will print
also for a compact and professional package.
And if your case deals with a Patrol Incident only, you only need to
produce the Patrol side and not the Detection side.

Report:
This report will display the Primary Training Category
(such as building searches, area searches, tracking, trailing…), Primary
Training
Category count and Percent of Total Primary Category.
Each of these parameters is calculated per Primary Training
Category in table form (one per row).

Report:
Same report as in 32 but displays a 3D Bar
for each Primary Training Category percentage.

Detection Dog Training Detailed Report:
This option will print out your
Detection Dog Training records for court purposes from a start date to
an end date. The dates are user selectable. Combined with the Patrol Dog training reports, this
report will form a compact and professional package for court. And if your case deals with a
Detection Incident only, you only need to produce the Detection side and
not the Patrol side.

This report will display the Primary Detection Training
Category (such as Explosive Detection Training, Narcotic Search Basic
Academy…), Primary
Training
Category count and Percent of Total Primary Category.
Each
of these parameters is calculated per Primary Training Category in table
form (one per row).

Detection Dog Training Percentage of Finds Datasheet
Report:
This report takes all of the substances found in training
exercises during a given time period and determines the percentage of
conditioning of one substance to another.
This is a more controlled search where your finds have been set out to
cook in defined places.
When combined with the Detection Incident data this can be used to
determine the complete detection conditioning to exposed odors.

Report:
This report gives the “Threshold of Alert” conditioning of a
specific odor based on the weight of the substance found in training
exercises. This data can be used to predict
deficiencies in the training program by balancing with the incident side
of the program. When
combined with the incident data, this can be used to determine complete
odor level conditioning.

This report displays a cost history for
your vet visits and itemized cost for both the Medication and Treatment.
The start and end dates are user selectable along with a single K-9 or
all K-9’s. Great report to help with the
budget.

Cost per Provider Report:
This report displays a cost breakdown
associated with each medical provider.
You get a total cost per provider along with the itemized cost of
each vet visit in the system.
The start and end dates are user selectable along with a single
K-9 or all K-9’s. Another
great report to help with the budget.

Cost Detailed Report:
This report will expand out the details of
any Cost record in the system. The report displays the cost Vendor information along
with the cost breakdown per cost code.
An itemized cost amount is shown for the complete purchase.

Cost History Report:
This report displays a history for each of
your cost records showing the vendor and itemized cost breakdown.
The start and end dates are user selectable along with a single K-9 or
all K-9’s. Great report to help with the

You get total cost per vendor along with itemized cost of each cost

report, which not only displays your cost records per cost code itemized
but also the Medication and Treatment itemized into one report.
